My blog has been sadly neglected for many, many months. Planning a wedding has consumed my life completely, but I love it! With this is mind and thinking about the reason why I decided to start my blog in the first place. I’ve decided I’m going to attempt a blog posting every 2 weeks from now up to the big day. I say ‘attempt’ because I will definitely try and give it my best shot, so here it goes…
A huge part of the planning process was finding the right photographer. I must have looked at over 50 photographers, but none seemed to stand out to me. That was, until I discovered ‘Hannah May’ As soon as I came across her work on my fav wedding blog Rock my Wedding, I was captured. I know it sounds silly but the images just spoke to me, and to my delight she was even hosting a competition, a photographers collection worth £1495! That was it. I yelled out to Fritz “we have to enter!” After entering, all fingers and toes were crossed… we sadly didn’t win but we did come 2nd HORRAY! She loved the sound and feel of our day and offered us £500 off one of her collections! We were sold! Hannah has been a pleasure to work with, friendly and relaxed, her passion for photography is true and it definitely shows through work. We can’t wait to have Hannah capture our day… and to be honest I think Fritz is just happy I’m no longer moaning about never finding the perfect photographer!
